Access to and use of the website at nethexa.cl (the “Site”) implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Grupo Nethexa (“Nethexa”, “we”) may modify these terms; the version in force will be the one published on this page.
1. Purpose
The Site is for information and contact about the holding’s services. Information is provided in good faith and may be updated without prior notice. It does not constitute a binding offer, a firm commercial proposal or professional advice replacing a specific contract or assessment.
2. Intellectual property
Site content (text, trademarks, logos, design, images and code) is protected under applicable law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without Nethexa’s prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to compromise security, overload systems or interfere with the Site’s operation.
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content.
- Remove legal or technical notices from downloaded materials where the law allows retention of such notices.

The Site may reference or link to third-party sites. Nethexa does not control those sites or their content; access is at your own risk and governed by those third parties’ terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Nethexa disclaims express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, Nethexa shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or interruptions arising from use or inability to use the Site. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where prohibited by law.

If you contact us by email, you represent that the information sent is truthful and that you are authorized to send it. Communications may be retained as described in our Privacy policy.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. For disputes arising from use of the Site, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, waiving any other venue that might apply.
